Shipment processing time:
- All orders are processed within 1 week.
- Please note that not all items are kept in stock and are manufactured lovingly for you. If there will be any delay at all, I will communicate this to you via email. Generally, I can still have it made and sent within the week.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Please Note: If shipping is calculated lower by the carrier, you will receive a credit for the difference. If shipping is calculated higher, we will contact you to make arrangements prior to you incurring any additional fees (we will only do this if the difference is significant).
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout whenever possible. If the items fit in a regular envelope (i.e. cards, magnets), shipping can be as little as $2.00 Canada, $5 to US destinations. If shipping is to a US destination, calculation will be done and communicated to you, but is roughly as follows:

* If shipping to the US, we will calculate specifically for your area and get the adjusted rate to you prior to shipping. US shipping may be delayed by customs – this is not within our control.

Shipment to P.O. boxes
We have no problem shipping to PO boxes if shipped via Canada Post, but other carriers will have specific requirements. These will be communicated to you prior to shipping.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number for your order upon completion.
Customs, duties, and taxes
DeloresArt is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DeloresArt is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Currently, DeloresArt only ships to Canada and US destinations. Special requests will be considered with large orders or wholesale only. Please enquire.
Returns are not accepted at this time. Store credit will be issued under special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
